A joyful and engaging introduction to yoga and mindfulness for children 4-8 yrs. These classes will help your child build healthy and resilient bodies, open and compassionate hearts, and calm minds. They will learn and grow in a non-competitive, healthy and fun environment via yoga poses, breathing exercises, mindful games, yoga adventures, and relaxation.

This is a 45 min class just for children. Parents to drop off, enjoy a mini break and come back to pick up :)

No yoga experience required.

What do I need to bring?

• The studio has yoga mats but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

• Dress in comfy clothes you can move around in. Jumper and socks for savasana (relaxation).

• Bring a water bottle.
