Aromatherapy is one way to connect to your chakras off the mat. It can complement your yoga and mindfulness practise, shift energetic blockages, restore energy flow throughout the body, and support physical and emotional wellbeing.

These chakra essential oil blends have been specifically designed for children and carefully created using 100% pure essential oils and diluted with a carrier oil so our blends are suitable for children aged 2yrs and older.

Children are very open to exploring different aromas, and giving them their own cute little roller to use when and where they want can be very empowering for them.

HOW TO USE:

Under parent supervision, allow children to self apply by rolling onto their chakra point, wrists, back of ears, neck, or bottom of feet.

Use when practising yoga with our Rainbow Chakra cards, apply your blend, breathe in to embrace the aroma, breathe out and repeat an affirmation from the cards to magnify its power, or use during the day or evening when your chakras need a boost of healing rainbow energy.

If using blends with bergamot, lemon or wild orange, please avoid sunlight after use as they may cause photosensitivity.
