Testimonials

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

"My young teenage daughter has been having yoga classes weekly with Catherine for a number of months now, and she is a lovely, empathetic yoga teacher that explains new poses and concepts well. Catherine clearly and passionately believes in the powerful difference yoga can make in anyone's life on many levels. She adapts the classes to what she can see will work on that day/for that student for where they are at. Perfect find for helping my daughter develop a love for an activity that will help her cope in today's rushed, anxious world. Not easy to find yoga teachers for children or young teens, so glad we found Catherine!"

"Catherine, it was a pleasure meeting you every week for family yoga. The girls really enjoyed it, they learnt new moves every week and we really appreciate your effort with us. You made us love yoga too because you were passionate about what you do and know how to deal with kids and are so nice with them :)

True yoga is not about the shape of your body, but the shape of your life. Yoga is not to
be performed; yoga is to be lived. Yoga doesn’t care about what you have been; yoga cares about the person you are becoming.
