Photography Consent
When you book online into a My Yoga Playground class you are informed that photography may be taken during your participation, or your child’s participation in the class. Every student can choose whether or not they wish to be photographed by completing the form during the booking process. If you agree, you consent for My Yoga Playground to take photographs of you and/or your child/ren and thereby grant permission for the reproduction of the photographs in promoting My Yoga Playground on social media (Facebook/Instagram), its website and print material without payment. It is the parent or guardian’s responsibility to update us in the event that they no longer wish to authorise the above uses.
Legal
We reserve the right to disclose your personal information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our website.
